Already regularly practised by millions globally as a way of counteracting the effects of modern living, Pilates has taken off big time during lockdown because it is a safe way to exercise, from home. Pilates is one of the few exercise regimes which is suitable for the very fit, those recovering from injury or illness and everybody in between.
Under the guidance of a highly qualified instructor, you will learn the basics, so you are able to control your breathing and build flexibility and strength. You will control the group of muscles at the centre of the body including the abdomen, lower and upper back, hips, buttocks and inner thighs, to experience a systematic whole-body workout at each session.
