Getting Started 

Our classes and pre-recorded sessions suit different levels of competence, from complete beginner to the most advanced.

We offer free online taster sessions to get you started.

If you are concerned that a medical condition might be a barrier, we are happy to talk this through via an e-mail.

You will need:

  • A computer, iPad or other device.

  • A camera stand may prove useful

  • Leggings and a t-shirt or other sports wear which will enable you to move around freely.

  • Socks or bare feet.

  • A non-slip Pilates or yoga mat (complete beginners can start with a soft mat or towel).
